This Payment & Pricing Policy outlines how ORGANZZA handles payments, pricing, and related matters for purchases made on organzza.shop.

1. Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on organzza.shop are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are clearly shown on each product page and during the checkout process.

2. Price Accuracy

ORGANZZA strives to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on a product you have ordered:

  • We will inform you as soon as possible
  • You will have the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order before production begins
  • If production has not yet commenced, cancellation will result in a full refund of the amount paid

ORGANZZA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, even after payment confirmation, if the error is discovered before production begins.

3. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

4. Payment Methods

ORGANZZA accepts payments through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway. Razorpay processes both domestic (India) and international transactions.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • UPI (for domestic transactions)
  • Digital wallets
  • Other payment methods supported by Razorpay

5. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. ORGANZZA does not store your complete payment card details on our servers. Your payment information is handled in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

6. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize ORGANZZA and Razorpay to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement. We do not offer partial payments or installment options unless explicitly stated.

7. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details
  • Your order will enter production immediately
  • The transaction is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing payment.

8. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails for any reason:

  • Your order will not be processed
  • You may attempt payment again using a different payment method
  • Contact your bank or card issuer if you believe the decline was in error

9. Additional Costs

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment completion.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders): For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by their country. These costs are not included in your order total and are payable by the recipient upon delivery or as required by local customs authorities.

10. Currency Conversion

If your bank or payment provider processes the transaction in a currency different from USD, please note:

  • Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or payment provider
  • Currency conversion fees may apply as per your bank's policies
  • ORGANZZA has no control over conversion rates or associated fees

11. Invoices and Receipts

An invoice will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment. This invoice serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please retain this for your records.

12. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge on your account:

  • Contact us first at organzza.shop/contact to resolve the matter
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action

All transactions are final as per our Refund & Returns Policy. Chargebacks initiated without valid cause will be contested.

13. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes, if offered, are subject to specific terms and conditions:

  • Valid only during the specified promotional period
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
  • Cannot be applied to past purchases
  • Non-transferable and have no cash value
