ORGANZZA is committed to delivering your custom couture garments safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Shipping Locations

ORGANZZA ships within India and worldwide. We deliver to most international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please visit organzza.shop/contact before placing your order.

2. Processing and Fulfilment Timelines

All ORGANZZA products are custom made-to-order. Production begins immediately after payment confirmation. Fulfilment timelines vary based on order value and design complexity:

  • Orders valued between USD 350–700: Approximately 30–45 days
  • Orders valued between USD 1000–1500: Approximately 80 days

These timelines represent the period from order confirmation to dispatch. Please note that these are estimates and actual timelines may vary depending on design intricacy, material sourcing, and production workload.

3. Shipping Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your shipping location:

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: Typically 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance

Total delivery time includes both fulfilment time and shipping time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the courier's website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. ORGANZZA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at organzza.shop/contact. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ORGANZZA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes before placing an international order.

8. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Packages

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may hold the package for a limited period or return it to us.

ORGANZZA is not responsible for additional costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts caused by customer error or unavailability. Since all products are custom made-to-order and non-returnable, packages returned to us due to failed delivery will not be refunded or reshipped without additional charges.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

ORGANZZA takes great care in packaging your order securely. In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that the package is lost, please contact us immediately at organzza.shop/contact. We will investigate with the courier and work toward a resolution.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us at organzza.shop/contact within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.

10. Delivery Delays

While ORGANZZA strives to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Material sourcing challenges
  • Production complications
  • Courier delays
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events

ORGANZZA is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate proactively if significant delays are anticipated.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend that you inspect your package upon delivery. If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging, please note this with the delivery personnel and contact us immediately at organzza.shop/contact.
