1. No Cancellations Permitted
Due to the bespoke nature of all ORGANZZA products, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once payment has been confirmed.
When you place an order with ORGANZZA:
- Production of your custom garment begins immediately upon payment confirmation
- Materials are sourced specifically for your order
- Our artisans dedicate significant time and resources to handcrafting your piece
- Each garment is tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold
2. Why Cancellations Are Not Possible
Unlike ready-made products, custom couture involves:
- Personalized design and measurements
- Exclusive material procurement
- Skilled handcrafting by artisans
- Significant time and labor investment from the moment your order is confirmed
Once production begins, it is not possible to halt or reverse the process without substantial loss of materials, labor, and resources.
