3. Custom Made-to-Order Products
All products offered by ORGANZZA are custom made-to-order and tailored specifically for each customer. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, production begins immediately. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. ORGANZZA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is successfully processed.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on organzza.shop are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement. We accept payments through Razorpay, which processes both domestic and international transactions securely. All payment information is handled in accordance with industry security standards.
7. Fulfilment Timelines
Due to the custom nature of our couture garments, fulfilment timelines vary based on order value and complexity:
- Orders valued between USD 350–700: Approximately 30–45 days
- Orders valued between USD 1000–1500: Approximately 80 days
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and other factors. ORGANZZA will make reasonable efforts to meet these timelines but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Shipping
ORGANZZA ships within India and worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for complete details.
9. No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds
Due to the custom made-to-order nature of all ORGANZZA products:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed
- No returns are accepted under any circumstances
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances

10. Product Descriptions and Imagery
Product banners, images, and certain descriptions on organzza.shop may be AI-generated or AI-enhanced for presentation purposes. Final garments are handcrafted couture pieces created by skilled artisans. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our products.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on organzza.shop, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of ORGANZZA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
