ORGANZZA is dedicated to creating exceptional custom couture garments. This policy clearly outlines our position on refunds and returns.

1. No Returns Policy

ORGANZZA does not accept returns under any circumstances.

All products sold by ORGANZZA are custom made-to-order luxury couture garments. Each piece is:

  • Handcrafted specifically for you
  • Tailored to individual specifications
  • Created using materials sourced for your order
  • Unique and cannot be resold

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or fit (if measurements were provided by the customer)
  • Color or style preference
  • Delayed delivery
  • Any other reason

2. No Refunds Policy

ORGANZZA does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Once payment is confirmed:

  • Your order enters production immediately
  • Materials are procured specifically for your garment
  • Significant resources are committed to handcrafting your piece
  • The transaction is final and non-refundable

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation requests (see our Cancellation Policy)
  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Change of mind
  • Sizing issues (if measurements were provided by the customer)
  • Delivery delays
  • Any other reason

3. Quality Commitment

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, ORGANZZA is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Each garment undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our luxury couture standards.

4. Production Defects

In the rare event that your garment arrives with a genuine production defect or manufacturing error (such as faulty stitching, material flaws, or significant deviation from the agreed specifications due to our error), please contact us immediately at organzza.shop/contact within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the defect
  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue

ORGANZZA will review your claim on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that a production defect exists due to our error, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or remake at our discretion. This does not constitute a return or refund but rather a remedy for manufacturing defects caused by ORGANZZA.

5. Customer Responsibility

To ensure satisfaction with your purchase:

  • Provide accurate measurements if required
  • Review all product details, specifications, and customization options carefully
  • Verify your order information before completing payment
  • Contact us at organzza.shop/contact with any questions before placing your order
  • Understand that product images may be AI-generated or AI-enhanced, and final handcrafted garments may have slight variations

6. Damaged During Shipping

If your garment is damaged during transit, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You must contact us at organzza.shop/contact within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.

Damage during shipping does not automatically qualify for a refund but may be eligible for resolution depending on the circumstances and assessment.

7. Acknowledgment

By placing an order with ORGANZZA, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund & Returns Policy
  • You accept that all sales are final
  • No returns or refunds will be provided under any circumstances
